Chef Tim Cirenza is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. In addition to working in Landmark restaurants, Felidia and Park Avenue Cafe, he has also apprenticed at multiple Michelin star awarded kitchens, including; Chanterelle, Le Bernardin, and Alain Ducasse. Prior to culinary school, Tim worked in trading and sales positions at Goldman, Sachs and Deutsche Bank. He lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife Courtney, and their two sons.
